Enjoy our onsite hospitality experiences with a three course dinner prepared by Chef Will Doak of Lost Phoenix Farm. Chat with Will in advance to create your own menu and be delighted by the tastes of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Max also offers a 90-minute gin tasting experience with a range of Lost Phoenix Spirits and Cut Hill Wall Distillery spirits including gins, vodkas and limoncello handcrafted by Max himself.
